The Director of Nursing (DON) and the Administrator have about two decades of experience in home health care services and training programs that you can depend on.
The entire staff of First Community Health Services, LLC undergo screening and quality caregiver selecting procedures such as criminal background checking, bounding, liability insurance, personal interview, professional reference check, valid driver’s license and experience. Our monitoring and evaluating procedures are followed strictly to ensure are clients receive the care that they deserve as outlined in their care plan.
We provide 24/7 on call services for our clients regarding their concerns, and inquiries about services provided and staffing.
